  1. Hi Kayla, I am making this for tonights supper, and it has been in the crock pot for 2 hours. It is still very liquidy (soupy) this will thicken up correct?

  5. To create a thicker sauce, I wisk about a third cup of cold water with 3-4 Tbsp cornstarch. this works for many sauces.
I'm looking forward to having this for dinner tonight!

    Update: It was delicious!

  6. This was tasty but I think it could have been a little stronger in flavor so I think I'll tweak it a little the next time I make it. I'll probably cut the broth to 1/2 cup and increase the teriyaki by 1/3 of a cup. I did thicken the sauce by pouring it into a pan and then adding a cornstarch solution.

  7. I made this just now, it taste good but it doesn't look like the picture. Mine is much lighter, I had to thicken my sauce with flour since I didn't have cornstarch. seem to have worked. Making it with jasmine rice and roasted cauliflower Au grutin. Will update when my family taste it.

  8. I just made this. OMG it is freaking DELICOUS!!!! This is now on my top list of recipes and it is so easy to make. I did use a little less chicken broth and sugar and a little more garlic and added some flour to make the sauce a little thicker. But Seriously try this out...it is so goooooood
